Hi 7m po I'm happy overall but I have a nostril arch that is a bit rounder and higher than the other & would like to straighten it out a bit as it's a bit noticeable in photos I heard about both fat injections or adding cartilage with local anesthesia. It's hard to find others experiences (only found like 2 who've done it) I want to know more about both before asking my dr about it What are the risks of both fat injection & cartilage? How likely are those risks? What other things should I know?
