Considering a rhinoplasty to correct a deviated septum that causes sleep apnea. Would a PS or an ENT deliver optimal results?

I like my nose and wouldn't have a nose job otherwise but I can't breathe at night. I the procedure is going to alter the look of my nose, I want it to be done by someone who can make it look really good and hardly noticeable. Are all plastic surgeons adept at truly fixing deviated septums? Or do I have to go to an ENT? Help!
