Hello! It's possible that your columella is slightly retracted. But, the overall aesthetic of your nose seems to balance well. At 1 year, a majority of any swelling should be gone. If you desire more projection to the area, there are options. One would be adding graft material to "push" the columella out more. Cartilage is strong and can work best for this. I would re-visit with your surgeon to see what options can be safely done. If not, seek consultation with others to learn more.
