Based on your photos, you appear to have relatively thin nasal skin. Irregularities of underlying bone and cartilage are seen more readily in those patients who have thin nasal skin. Many patients look at their results and forget their pre-op pictures. Your concerns overall seem fairly minor and anyone looking at you without knowing what you are concerned about would not notice. We have a saying in plastic surgery that perfection is the enemy of extremely good. If you are unhappy why not go for a second opinion and see if there are some minor procedures that could be done and then decide for yourself whether it is worth the risk of ruining a very nice result.
