Look bumpy from the front 3 years post-op - should I get a revision surgery? (Photos)

Hello. I had a rhinoplasty almost three years ago, from the side it looks great, but on the front it looks bad and kind of bumpy. I’m worried if this will get worse and if I should have a secondary procedure. I also have a sort of bump on my nostril, when it touch it it feels like an indentation or scar on the inside of the nostril, that same nostril is more pinched than the other one, and the tip is a bit crooked to that side. My surgeon told me to settle for this.

I picture what you're talking about. If the top of the implant is too high, it makes the bridge look too strong, and it makes the entire nose look too long, from top to bottom. An implant that big is unusual; what did you have going on that require the implant.
