I am considering butt implants as i am very thin and dont have any fat to do a fat transfer. Can butt implants get rippling as breast implants do in very thin persona with very little fat in the butt? Thanks.

Answer: Butt implants rippling? Because buttock implants are made of soft semi-solid silicone rubber and not gel, like breast implants, they do not ripple. However they need to be placed under the gluteus muscle so that their edges are also not visible. Glad to help

Answer: Rippling This depends on the placement of the implant. Intramuscular or submuscular butt implant will never have any rippling effect. I prefer the intramuscular plane because gives a much more natural result.I, like a few other colleagues
