Im 10 months post preservation rhinoplasty and i have an open roof on one side, even tho i had a medial and lateral osteotomy. My surgeon says its normal and that it will still close by itself with callus growth. Is that really possible and how long does that take? Update: Photos added

You have slight tip droopiness and bulbosity as well as slight asymmetry. I would recommend a rhinoplasty to reduce your dorsum for a supratip break and rotate and refine your tip and correct asymmetry.
