Does anyone feel comfortable operating a full rhinoplasty under local only (or pill sedation) in the US? If not, could this be something that’s offered in the future with medical advancements? I really want this surgery and could wait 5 yrs if advancements come and no one will do it now. I’m just really set on doing it this way. I heard it was done this way in the past and most surgeons are trained to do it this way. Thanks! Not trying to be high maintenance. I just really want to do it this way
