Maximize upper pole fullness - which implant is a better choice?

The most important thing would be to perform an internal bra/capsulorrhaphy procedure. Additionally, I tend to like the ultra high-profile implant from Allergan as opposed to Mentor. The Allergan implant holds that shape better and has a much less rupture rate. You should be able to have an excellent result. Best wishes to you.
