As a male, 33, with thick skin, i was pretty worried about the surgery and recovery process but everything worked out great. Nazir Hamadeh has a few bad reviews on here but I dont understand why. I went with him because he has an honest and respectful vibe. Jasmine and Elizabeth are also great. They provide plenty of information and I didn't feel pressured do do anything I didn't want to.
I’ve had so many problems with my nose for years because of my deviated septum. Functionally and aesthetically it was wonky on one side. From start to finish my experience with Dr Hamadeh was nothing short of brilliant. I can not fault the care pre and post op. I’ve just had my cast off and even with the swelling I’m overwhelmingly happy with the results. Thank you to Dr Hamadeh and the lovely team, Manuela, Elizabeth and Jazzmeen.
I had my rhinoplasty with Dr Hamadeh, and I just wishes I done it sooner. The surgery has been lift changing for me as my nose has always been an insecurity. I cannot fault the top high quality care and service from him and his team. Dr Hamadeh is very detailed, and precise. His Team Manuela, Elizabeth and Jazzmeen has made my journey smooth sailing.
The whole team have been very communicative and friendly, making me feel reassured throughout the process. I am only 10 days post-op but really like my result so far. Jazzmeen has been very helpful and answered heaps of questions. I would highly recommend Mr Hamadeh and his team for septorhinoplasty!
I had an ethnic rhinoplasty with Dr Hamadeh 3 weeks ago and I'm already loving the results! Initially, I was nervous to go with him as I didn't see black patients on his Instagram profile but I decided to go with him because I felt his work reserved, natural-looking and maintained the essence of the patients original nose - all factors I wanted in my rhinoplasty. Also, I considered that he is extremely experienced and about 80% of his surgeries are rhinoplasties so if anyone knows about noses, it's him! I explained that I wanted to make my tip less bulbous and reduce the size of my alar base, but I still want to look like me and I still want to have an 'black' nose, just not as big. Dr Hamadeh did exactly that. I was adamant that I didn't want my bridge to change as I have never been insecure about it and I think changing the bridge could give me that 'non-ethnic' look. Dr Hamadeh respected these wishes and even complimented my bridge. I was impressed by this because in consultations with other doctors I felt like I was not listened to and they basically were going to change my nose into what they deemed to be a nice nose instead of what I told them I want. From the initial consultation until now, he's been thorough, attentive, and kind. He gave me realistic expectations and amazing aftercare. I know that my nose is still swollen but I already like the results and can tell it will look even nicer with time. Nurse Jazzmeen has been there every step of the way, extremely responsive and helpful. She has checked up on me everyday to make sure everything is well, would reassure me and would answer all my questions. Elizabeth and Manuela were also very responsive and lovely to speak to! Don't go to Turkey!!! Stay in the UK if you want amazing, natural results and the best aftercare.
I recently had a rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Hamadeh and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, the communication and information provided were incredibly detailed, ensuring I was fully informed and prepared for the procedure. The in-depth health checks were thorough, not just physically but also mentally, which made me feel confident and safe in my decision. The hospital staff were absolutely amazing—attentive, kind, and supportive throughout my stay. Even my return travel was seamless, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The procedure itself was virtually pain-free, and my recovery has been much easier than I expected. Now, 10 days post-op, my nose already looks great, and the results from my cast removal are exactly what I had hoped for. I’m so excited for my healing journey and to see the final result! If you’re considering rhinoplasty, I can’t recommend Dr. Hamadeh enough. The expertise, professionalism, and care are truly outstanding!
I’m currently nearly 2 weeks post op from my rhinoplasty and I’m already incredibly happy with the results and how Dr Hamadeh and his team have been throughout the whole process. I can’t recommend him enough they’ve all just been fantastic throughout. I can’t fault him or his team at all!!
I recently had a septoplasty performed by Dr. Hamadeh, with nurse Jazzmeen assisting, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the initial consultation to post-operative care, the level of professionalism, compassion, and expertise they provided was outstanding. Dr. Hamadeh was incredibly thorough in explaining the procedure, answering all my questions, and ensuring I felt confident moving forward. His skill and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process, and I’m already noticing significant improvements in my breathing. Nurse Jazzmeen was equally amazing—her kind and reassuring demeanor made me feel completely at ease. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, addressing any concerns with warmth and empathy. Together, they made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and even pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Hamadeh and nurse Jazzmeen to anyone considering septoplasty—they are a fantastic team!
Currently 4-weeks post op and very pleased with my journey so far. I first met with Dr Hamadeh in January 2024 after thoroughly researching surgeons in London. My initial consultation was very thorough and I went away with lots to think about. Manuela was on hand via WhatsApp for any follow up questions I had and she was always very quick to respond. I decided to go ahead in the October and booked my op date for December when I knew I could have time off work to recover. There were lots of forms to read and sign and again Manuela and Jazzmeen always answered any of my queries very swiftly.I had a second consultation with Dr Hamadeh at the end of November. I was nervous on the morning of the op but mainly due to never having general anesthetic before but I met the anesthetist before I went into theatre and he put my mind to rest. All the staff I met at the Cadogan Clinic were lovely. Jazzmeen has been regularly in contact post surgery. I also had an accident where my nose got knocked relatively hard and Dr Hamadeh saw me within 24-hours to check everything was ok (luckily there was no damage). I thoroughly recommend Dr Hamadeh.
Currently 11 days post op with a lot of swelling in the tip (as expected) but had my cast off yesterday and so far am very happy. I’ve always struggled with my breathing especially during physical activity, paired with my dislike for my nose bump/droopy tip I decided to get a septorhinoplasty. Breathing is slowly getting better everyday too!
As you mentioned, you had your surgery four years ago, and while rhinoplasty can affect olfactory function, this change is often temporary, with many patients experiencing a return of their sense of smell over time. If you have undergone a CT scan or MRI that shows normal results, that is reassuring. It is also important to consider whether your surgery took place during the COVID-19 pandemic. If so, there is a possibility that you may have contracted COVID-19 shortly after your surgery. Anosmia, or loss of smell, has been reported in approximately 50% of patients with COVID-19, with around 10% experiencing permanent anosmia.
Rhinoplasty, Rhinoseptoplasty or septoplasty doesn't not cause Empty nose Syndrome. ENS may happen after aggressive removal of the Turbinates or after total inferior Turbinectomy( surgical removal of the turbinate). Certain studies showed that ENS occurs in about 20% of patients who had total resection of the turbinates. Modern techniques treats the turbinates differently and very unlikely to cause empty nose syndrome.
In general facelift sutures used to tighten the SMAS and Platysma are dissolvable and would take between 4-6 months till they dissolve, unlike other types of absorbable sutures that dissolve within few weeks. Most probably your surgeon has used PDS sutures to suspend your platysma muscle and these sutures became more obvious after couple of months when the swelling has gone down. These stitches does not need to be removed, nothing to worry about and this is a normal thing in facelift, you need to be patient and not rub or scratch the skin above it, these stitches are usually sharp and hard and applying constant or frequent pressure on the skin above it may cause the tip of the stitch to penetrate and go through the skin only in this case you need really to remove it to prevent germs from entering and causing infection. I don't believe your GP will touch it and best person to do so is your surgeon Take care
Hello , You have had face lift and have tried fillers and you are still unhappy with the results. I strongly believe that your case could be treated and improved. The way and direction skin is pulled in facelift plays an important role in the outcome and the type and placement of the fillers may improve or make it worse. I don’t think at this stage you need any further surgery but a suitable and well placed filler after breaking doing the adhesions that create the crease. Best wishes and good luck
Hi there , fillers do not last long their effect is temporary, they may balance somehow your nose but this might give you a more aggressive look, while rhinoplasty would give you a more feminine softer nose and has a better and long lasting result. Good Luck
