Loss of intergluteal crease after posterior thigh lift? (photos)

Considering a posterior thigh lift to remove excess skin under the buttocks but should I be concerned about loss of gluteal crease? I have no fat to transfer.

The best plan for you would be a beltline lipectomy or posterior thigh lift as well as volume to your buttock-Buttock implant and a thong lift. You should be able to have an excellent result.
