Is it okay to get lip fillers and my belly button pierced on the same day?

Hi there. I am going to get 1ml lip fillers done next week, but am also thinking of getting my belly button pierced on the same day, random question but would this be too much to do in a day? Would it make the lip fillers take longer to heal? Thanks

I cannot think of any reason why a piercing would negatively affect the results of a lip aug treatment. If you have the energy and time, go for it. Dr Joseph

Hi, thank you for the inquiry. Lip augmentation and belly button piercing can be done on the same day, there is no interaction between them. But I would suggest you to get the piercing done first and then lip augmentation.  Post filler, care is required including not touching the injection site and bending head or lying flat for next 4 hours. I hope this would be of help.

Lip augmentation is a quick and safe procedure with very little chance of infection.  Performing a procedure in a different area such as the belly button should not represent any additional risk.
