Crooked philtrum and very deflated above my lips - If so what is the best kind of filler for this area? (photo)

I would leave the philtrum alone. However, a small amount of a softer HA filler like Restylane Silk may help improve lip symmetry and also improve definition particularly at the left upper lip. 

I would not pay any attention to your philtral columns, because the asymmetry of the face sometimes should be left alone. Your nostril on the right side is smaller and higher than the one on the left and this is the reason why the philtral columns appear somewhat different. Good luck from New York City
