It is often a big mistake to have these filled. They generally look ghastly when filled. People who do it mean well but the result will unnaturally call attention to this structure. Let your lips do the talking.

Hi, thank you for asking about your concern. Facial asymmetry is very common and normal feature in humans. Your philtrum is absolutely fine, but soft HA filler can be added above lips to give them similar appearance. I would recommend you to consult an experienced injector to get desired results.

I would leave the philtrum alone. However, a small amount of a softer HA filler like Restylane Silk may help improve lip symmetry and also improve definition particularly at the left upper lip. 

I would not pay any attention to your philtral columns, because the asymmetry of the face sometimes should be left alone. Your nostril on the right side is smaller and higher than the one on the left and this is the reason why the philtral columns appear somewhat different. Good luck from New York City
