What surgeries should I consider to improve my eyes? My goal is to make them smaller and more compact looking -- I want to eliminate my upper eyelid exposure, fix my canthal tilt, and am considering infraorbital implants or fat grafting. I am looking for a more drastic outcome, and an hoping for them to be smaller and more masculine. I am also curious as to what surgeons would help me for this outcome?

Based on your photos, your eyelids are not in bad shape at all. However, you do have small fat pads that can be reduced, and the crease underneath of that can be filled with a fat transfer, creating a nice, natural long term result. Be sure to see a facial specialist for consulatation.
