Is there a surgery to narrow the sides of the head and surgery to have a smaller nose?

Is there surgery to make the bones next to the eyes narrower not posterior temporal reduction surgery but actual bone surgery such as the sides of the head the upper and lower jaw and the forehead from the sides? Is there nose surgery to narrow the nose alars so that overall the nose is smaller?

Thank you for your question. In the majority of cases the patient do not required a very strong medication for pain after a face lift. Yes, if the deep plane in done they feel thight and can be uncomfortable but is not a constant pain.

Hi @ElizabethP8! This was a great question! Weight loss can be absolutely be seen in your face. Unfortunately, gaining the weight back does that mean that it will go back to your face. Dermal fillers are a great way to restore volume loss. Best of luck!

Thank you for your question.There are no clear guidelines defining it, but it is a common practice to stop all herbal supplements 2 weeks before an elective Plastic surgery procedure. It is best tho follow your Plastic surgeon’s preoperative instructions regarding this .all the best.

Typically this will not cause a problem as the needles do not penetrate to the depth we are working when doing a face lift. The skin quality is usually improved by the microneedling, so the results are actually better and the surgery is not more difficult. Hope that helps!
