Pain where my steri-strips are located. Could it be an infection?

I had a breast lift and reduction 2 weeks ago I still have my steri-strips and stitches in . I have been experiencing a stinging sensation where my steri-strip and stitches are around both breast and areola's could this be an infection?

I would recommend that you contact your surgeon for an evaluation. The stinging sensation may be skin irritation from the steristrips or nerve sensitivity. It is difficult to troubleshoot the problem without an examination. Your surgeon will be able to figure out what is wrong.
