Pain where my steri-strips are located. Could it be an infection?

I had a breast lift and reduction 2 weeks ago I still have my steri-strips and stitches in . I have been experiencing a stinging sensation where my steri-strip and stitches are around both breast and areola's could this be an infection?

Best to have the tattoo done once you have undergone the breast reduction surgery, and have fully healed. Obviously, your chest and breasts will change significantly with the breast reduction procedure. Best wishes.
