This would be an ideal procedure for you.  It will lift and reduce your breast size so you are more comfortable.  There are 2 main techniques the vertical reduction vs the Wise pattern.  The vertical reduction results in less scars avoiding the horizontal inframammary fold incision but is not indicated for very large reductions.  The Wise pattern approach includes that incision but is more appropriate for large reductions.  Which one you undergo depends on how small you would like to go.  Best wishes!

Based on your photos you do have some breast ptosis (saggy breasts) which is common after weight loss. If you are happy with your size then you are looking just for a breast lift (aka Mastopexy).  This procedure removes excess breast skin and redrapes the remaining skin over your breasts bringing them back up on to your chest. If you want smaller breasts, then you could add a small reduction. I am not sure if you would meet the insurance requirements for the amount of tissue that they require be removed. You may not be happy if you reduce them too much. The picture you are looking at is an augmented woman.  The way to get the best result in your case without an implant is to use a technique called a pectorals sling vertical mastopexy.  This differs from conventional vertical breast lifts in that instead of throwing away your tissue at the bottom of the breast, it elevates and transposes that tissue to the top part of your breast creating that high fullness that you are after.  This would deliver a really nice result without an implant.  I hope this helps!All the best,Rian A.
