What is the cause of this mass with hard & soft tissue with pain in my right breast and very dry and painful nipple? (Photos)

After 2nd set of breast implants w/lift My primary care Dr put me on bactrim an antibiotic but it did not work. Thinking it may be infection. I was then sent for mammogram and then ultrasound of my right breast. They said it’s a large mass with soft and hard tissue and ordered two biopsy’s. One to pull some fluid and one a punch biopsy to check for Paget’s. Could this be all scar tissue and just that my nipple is just messed up from surgery making it dry and scaly and painful? Is this common? I am going to brown cancer center in Ky.

The profile of an implant is chosen to fit the base diameter of the breast. The smaller implants usually require a wider base as a starting point. As the size of the implant increases so does the diameter until you reach a point that a different pfojection (smaller base diameter for that volume)...
