Your pictures are a bit tough to interpret, but it seems like it is possible to lift and define the tip and bridge of your nose, which would make your nose blend better with the rest of your face. When the nose stands out less from the rest of the face, it looks smaller.There are several options of fillers. For a temporary effect of about 1.5 years I like to use Voluma. The result is smooth and natural looking and the filler is reversible with an enzyme injection if you don't like the result (almost never happens). There is a longer lasting filler called Bellafill that I use with patients who have had the temporary procedure. Bellafill lasts for many years and in some patients is actually permanent.

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) along with Botox can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose and lift the tip. However, it won't make your nose appear smaller. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
