Confused. sometimes I like my nose in person but its rather large. I doubt have a tiny face but id still like to take my nose from large ti medium. lol Seriously just want more of a more delicate look. I want to avoid surgery because Im so scared to pick the wrong surgeon. I also think I need a softer jawline.

Answer: Non Surgical Nose Job to Make a Nose Look Slimmer Hi and thanks for your question. Your pictures are a bit tough to interpret, but it seems like it is possible to lift and define the tip and bridge of your nose, which would make your nose blend better with the rest of your face. When the nose stands out less from the rest of the face, it looks smaller.There are several options of fillers. For a temporary effect of about 1.5 years I like to use Voluma. The result is smooth and natural looking and the filler is reversible with an enzyme injection if you don't like the result (almost never happens). There is a longer lasting filler called Bellafill that I use with patients who have had the temporary procedure. Bellafill lasts for many years and in some patients is actually permanent.
