Hello.I had a closed rhinoplasty many years ago. He was just supposed to make my nose less bulbous on the tip and more refined. My nose looks exactly the same. Would it be possible to get another closed rhinoplasty or just go ahead and get an open one? My fear is the nose collapsing due to scar tissue. I have always disliked my nose. Thank you for your time!
