I'm wondering if dissolvable stitches would suffice after the fat transfer process. I'm asking this question because typically out of state patient might return home before the stitches are ready to be removed. Then once the patient returns home, they seem to encounter difficulty finding a surgeon willing to remove the stitches.

Answer: Do dissolvable stitches suffice after the fat transfer process for Brazilian Butt Lift procedure?
Thank you for your liposuction question.Burns of the skin from liposuction come from using heat-generating machines to melt the fat,The two types are laser and vaser (ultrasonic heat). If fat is removed with any heat generating machine, it kills the fat.Any surgeon doing a BBL this way is too...
Either one delivers nicotine which is potentially hazardous and can lead to poor wound healing. I prefer patients to stop at least 3-4 weeks prior to surgery.
I typically recommend to all my patients that they avoid sitting directly on their butt for a total of 8 weeks. You should discuss this with your plastic surgeon.
