Implant fold raising skin - Revision Reconstruction needed? (Photos)

koolannkt
I am 34 years old and was diagnosed with stage two invasive ductal carcinoma in my right breast when I was 32. I opted for immediete reconstruction after a double mastectomy. Tissue expanders put in. Sadly we didnt expect to need radiation. So we had no choice but to radiate with expanders still in. After healing, things looked great. Except a tiny bubble in right breast which now if a clear hollow bubble like lump that is raising my skin. U can poke the bubble like lump and feel it hollow and pop back. I seen my surgeon and he said its likley because that breasts tissue was radiated and the akin is showing like a pocket or fold. He acted like it was no big deal and may go away. Well fast forward a few months later and its still here and bothering me with confidence emotionally. I have another appointment with him and i want him to fix it the best he can. Im aware my radiates breast will mever fully look like my other breast but I have went through mastectomy, expanders, radiation, chemo and i was lucky to keep nipples. I dont think after all i went through i should have to deal with this. Im nervous he will brush it off. (He is a good surgeon but not nice bedside manner. Very quick. To the point) but Its bothering me and no breast cancer survivor wants to see a bump.. even if its just from an implant. I will add i have lost weight as chemo made me gain weight from all the steroids. I went from 132 to 127. Im aware that can change things. But I just want advice
