I had breast implants put in 3 years ago, I lost my card and I need to find out if I have any warranty. Please help

Hello, unfortunately if you can't recall any information about your procedure I think it's going to be hard for you to determine your warranty coverage.  Perhaps something can help tweak your memory - someone must have driven you to the clinic and home, or there is something familiar about the clinic that can help you to figure out where your surgery was done?

I am sorry to hear that you are having a possible rupture with your implant.  Whether you have Silicone or Saline implants they have a lifetime warranty for replacement if you have a ruptured implant.  Once you have a diagnosis, you should schedule with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for a consultation.  If you are unable to remember your implanting doctor or the manufacturer of your implants then a warranty claim can be made after your have replacement surgery as the implants will have serial numbers that will determine which company to return them to. Most implant warranties will also have a money reimbursement after replacement of the ruptured implant which will help with the cost of your surgery.  Good luck.
