A combination approach would give the most improvement. Deep wrinkles can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works best in combination with other treatments like J Plasma, RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP, salt facials, Cosmelan for skin tightening and improve skin tone. Without a visual, it is difficult to evaluate,
however, for deep lines or wrinkles you have several options.
1) Dermal fillers: Fillers literally “fill” the line or wrinkle to smooth it out, and results are immediate with minimal downtime. Fillers volumize the area to create a smooth surface.
2) Fractional Laser: A deep laser treatment will stimulate new collagen to form to soften wrinkles and improve skin texture. Results are progressive over the course of a few months. Deeper penetration equals a move dramatic result&mdash;but requires a longer recovery time.
Other treatments such as a PRP (Vampire Facelift), may be used in combination to rejuvenate the skin, but fillers provide a more direct solution to your concerns. Best of luck.

Honestly, it's hard to give you specific treatment recommendations without seeing a photo of you or evaluating you in person. That being said, there are several treatments that can be used for lines and wrinkles on the face including neuromodulators such as Botox/Dysport and dermal fillers such as Restylane. Skin tone and texture can also be improved using resurfacing procedures such as fractionated lasers, microneedling, and chemical peels. I recommend you schedule a consultation with an experienced aesthetic physician for a detailed in person evaluation and to come up with an appropriate treatment plan.

Thank you for your question. It is difficult to give you a full assessment without examining you or at least seeing pictures. You may be a good candidate for J-Plasma. This is a treatment that erases wrinkles and imprinted lines while reshaping the face and removing pigment irregularities. The end result shaves 10 to 15 years off your appearance. It is like hitting the reset button and turning back time.
