I have deep horizontal lines on my cheeks and below my bottom lip. I am 64 years old. What treatment would you recommend?

A combination approach would give the most improvement. Deep wrinkles can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works best in combination with other treatments like J Plasma, RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP, salt facials, Cosmelan for skin tightening and improve skin tone. Without a visual, it is difficult to evaluate,
however, for deep lines or wrinkles you have several options.
1) Dermal fillers: Fillers literally “fill” the line or wrinkle to smooth it out, and results are immediate with minimal downtime. Fillers volumize the area to create a smooth surface.
2) Fractional Laser: A deep laser treatment will stimulate new collagen to form to soften wrinkles and improve skin texture. Results are progressive over the course of a few months. Deeper penetration equals a move dramatic result—but requires a longer recovery time.
Other treatments such as a PRP (Vampire Facelift), may be used in combination to rejuvenate the skin, but fillers provide a more direct solution to your concerns. Best of luck.
