Congratulations on your significant weight loss and for overcoming personal challenges. You've accomplished so much already! Given your weight loss, I would advise staging your procedures into two parts for optimal results and safety. The first stage could focus on your lower body, including a 360-degree circumferential lower body lift and a vertical medial thigh lift. The lower body lift would address several areas, including lifting and reducing the pubic region, flattening the abdomen, permanently removing excess skin inside the abdomen, lifting and reducing the hips, and similarly addressing the buttock area. The thigh lift would involve liposuction and an incision following the inseam of your thigh, significantly improving the shape of your inner thighs. After a suitable recovery period, the second stage could focus on your upper body. An arm reduction, using an incision from the armpit to the elbow, might be considered, though a proper evaluation of your arms would be needed for a firm recommendation. For your breasts, the approach would largely be dictated by your personal goals. If you desire larger breasts, a breast augmentation could be considered. It appears a lift may not be necessary, but a full examination would provide a more definitive answer. All of these procedures would be conducted under general anesthesia and are outpatient in nature. Typically, you could expect to return to a sedentary type of work around 3-4 weeks after the first stage and around two weeks after the second stage. Of course, prior to scheduling any procedures, necessary medical assessments would be performed to ensure you're in good health. Once again, kudos on your incredible transformation so far! You've made great strides and I'm confident that, with a tailored plan, you'll achieve the look you're aiming for. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen
