At bottom surface of my nose near both nostrils, I have 2 dent-like lines. Is there any way they can be smoothed out? (photos)

Question

I'm not looking for the bridge of my nose to be reconstructed, it looks fine. There are just 2 lines that look like dents beneath the surface of the tip of my nose on both sides that I would like smoothed out. Below there are 2 pics and the first pic shows a nose with the dents and lines vs a smooth base nose without any lines or dents and I want my nose to look like the smooth one. Thanks

based on your singular photo, it's possible you may have had previous rhinoplasty surgery. Those vertical lines can be softened with microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections. Did you have previous surgery to refine the tip? Dents on the tip of the nose can occur from overresection of the cartilage framework of the tip cartilages underneath the skin leading to collapse. There are two options to fix the "dents" - one permanent and the other temporary. The temporary option is to use fillers to fill in the dent and smooth out the nostril shape. The permanent option would be to reconstruct the nasal tip cartilages to give back structure to the nasal tip and fill in the "dents".
