I'm not looking for the bridge of my nose to be reconstructed, it looks fine. There are just 2 lines that look like dents beneath the surface of the tip of my nose on both sides that I would like smoothed out. Below there are 2 pics and the first pic shows a nose with the dents and lines vs a smooth base nose without any lines or dents and I want my nose to look like the smooth one. Thanks

Non surgical rhinoplasty with fillers can improve some of the aspects that concern you. It may not do as good a job on the tip compared to the bridge but you may like the results. See a rhinoplasty surgeon for a full exam. Good luck
