When can eyebrow transplants be shaped?

Question

At what time after eyebrow transplants can shaping occur, such as tweezing, threading or waxing? Which is the best method to not damage the grafts. The reason I got eyebrow transplants is I overplucked my eyebrows in the 90's and some of the hairs never grew back. Thankyou.

When your eyebrow transplants grow, you can pluck them to reshape them.  But over plucking will cause permanent hair loss.

In general the transplanted hairs are fully mature and growing normally by 9 months.  However when you do an eyebrow transplant the hairs will grow like the hair it was taken from.  This will require you to cut the hairs periodically.  I would avoid waxing and threading as this will remove the root and damage the follicle which will lead to recurrent hair loss.

Over plucking is a problem and if you do it to your eyebrow transplant you can lose these hairs as well, your call of course.
