I had hair transplanted to my eyebrows almost 4 weeks ago. Nearly all the grafted hair has fallen off by now, but my skin underneath is still very red (see picture). Is this permanent? If not, when will the redness go away? Thanks for the help!

At one month I would expect that all signs of swelling should have gone away (actually within 3-5 days is the usual). If your doctor is not responsive, see another doctor
The crusts should have been taken off on the first day following the transplant. Washing daily, but not picking the crusts is what you must do until the crusts come off by themselves with the shampoo
