Probably do the breasts first. If you do the nose first there may be issues related to anesthesia, such as placing a mask over a freshly operated nose

If the time of surgery is not extensive, you may consider doing the procedures together. Otherwise, staging them with 4-6 weeks in between is recommended. I would recommend doing the nose job first and then the breast augmentation.

If you are sure you are going to have both done, why not have them done at the same time and save yourself some downtime and recovery time. If done by the same surgeon, they will start with the augmentation/mastopexy and then the rhinoplasty. It is possible to have two surgeons working at the same time (my partner and I do this routinely) which saves you time on the operating room table, saves you some money, and speeds up your immediate recovery time. If you are certain you want to separate the two procedures, then I would do your augmentation/mastopexy first or wait at least 6 months after your rhinoplasty to do them. Great Question!
