I had Voluma put in a while back. But it has migrated all over and it seems no one in L.A. has a device that will show all the places it migrated. I look deformed. Honestly, it is making me so depressed. Also, everytime i go to use hylurondaise filler seems to move back in under my right eye. Help!
Answer: Facial consultation Thank you for your question. It is difficult to answer without examining you myself or reviewing photos. I would return back to your initial injector to determine how much filler was injected and where. You can discuss with that injector/board certified plastic surgeon/medical director about getting an MRI of your face so you can see location of filler so it will be easier to get the hyaluronidase in the right location. Good luck!

Answer: Filler If your filler is "moving" soon after treatment, you are being too active initially. Otherwise, in a few hours, the filler is fairly "stuck" in place and will not move on its own. I would suggest avoiding filler. If you choose to get more filler, do not have it diluted so it is not thin and more likely to spread.

Answer: Need to come in to consult For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in-person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.
