Hello; thin skin and collagen are decreasing with age. When there is fat in the legs; it increases for skin looseness. The most effective way; to reduce fatness; is Vaserlipo. The most efficient way, in order to tighten for the skin is; Renuvion J Plasma. Therefore, I always recommend for the combination of; Vaserlipo and Renuvion J Plasma techniques; against for similar patients. Fats decrease; when there is tightening of the skin; the leg is both shaped. It both tightens; cellulite also decreases.

This is a good question. Sometimes, it can be difficult to differentiate skin laxity from cellulite. Other times there is a combination of both going on at the same time. It seems as though you may have both, but it is hard to say just by looking at the pictures. A physical exam can help differentiate or confirm what is going on. For the areas that have cellulite alone, an Aveli procedure can be done where cellulite is reduced by releasing the fibrous septa that is responsible for the dimpling seen on the skin.

Unfortunately, cellulite is extremely difficult to treat. Mainly genetic, treatment risks need to be considered.

As such, Laser liposuction can reduce cellulite but will not make the skin 100% smooth and offer some tightening. It is minimally invasive unlike larger thigh lifts which also will not totally erase the areas.

Frustrating for both patients and plastic surgeons, options with their limitations and expectations should be discussed further.

Collagen Induction Therapy (Macroneedling) is very effective in treating cellulite. It can also be subcised manually (under local) and Renuva can be used to smooth it out.

Liposuction will not help flabby thighs. Unfortunately, we simply don’t have great surgical options for lower extremity Skin laxity with cellulite.
Liposuction can easily make things worse, so be careful with that procedure, especially provider selection.
Before, considering any permanent, irreversible procedure, ask providers to show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patient who had similar body characteristics to your own. If they don’t have a good collection of before and after pictures, then you probably shouldn’t have surgery with that provider.
Liposuction can reduce the size of your thighs, but will not improve loose skin and can’t in fact make your skin worse.
Lasers had virtually nothing to the Liposuction experience.
A thigh lift may be an option, but that procedure really doesn’t have great patient satisfaction unless somebody has more severe skin laxity.
I wish I could be more optimistic and you’ll probably find lots of providers, recommending liposuction and other treatments. The key is to see lots of quality before and after pictures before signing up for any permanent irreversible body contouring procedure.
There are treatments for cellulite that can improve the worst areas. I have been impressed with Aveli for certain cellulite cases.
