I has a lower blepharoplasty done 2 weeks ago which is fine. But my doctor decided to perform a under eye fat repositioning without asking me if I want that. Anyway my sutures were dissolvable and internal leaving me with 4 holes in my face. I am scared these holes will be permanent and leave me with huge scars. I don’t think they have fully dissolved yet but I am scared of what he has done. Will these scars remain on my face? What can I do now? Is there any way they can be gone?
