Hello, I am a 32 year old man, I have recently noticed that my lower eyelids have started drooping, especially the lower right eyelid is more apparent. I have visited a general eye doctor/blepharoplasty doctor recently, he said that it was not initially apparent to him that I had this issue, even upon closer inspection he said that my problem was not severe enough to warrant an eyelid correction and that he was unable to fix it. I would like a second opinion to understand this problem.
