Hi what do you recommend for my breasts. I dont want implants. What are the pros vs cons of getting donut vs lollipop lift I am 21 Will my breast size decrease a nd the gap between breasts reduce
Answer: Tuberous breast reconstruction The best treatment for tuberous breast depends on the severity. Unfortunately, a lift alone will leave many of the features uncorrected. A lift alone can be expected to improve nipple size (can decrease size) and nipple position (can move the nipple up). The high breast fold, narrow 'footprint', which creates the wide space between the breasts, and the underdeveloped lower portion of the breast (defiecient skin and volume in the lower half of the breast) would remain unchanged. More modest changes to the size and shape could be achieved by also adding release of constricting bands and fat grafting (likely serial fat grafting for best results) if your preference is to avoid an implant entirely.

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Tuberous breasts Dear Inventive482145, tuberous breasts are not simply small or underdeveloped breasts. The appearance of the breast can range from mild to severe, and typical traits include: enlarged, puffy areola, rather wide spacing between the breasts, very little breast tissue, sagging, higher than normal inferior breast fold, and narrow base at the chest wall. The type of surgery best for you will depend on the severity of your condition. My preferred technique for tuberous breast correction involves a multistep procedure where the breast tissue is released in a radial pattern to prevent herniation into the areola and placement of a custom implant size is in the breast to allow appropriate expansion of the breast in the restricted dimensions. This can often be done in a single procedure but sometimes may require two surgeries. That said, it is best that you visit a board-certified plastic surgeon for an in person examination. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Ptosis You have a difficult problem to address. It will take two operations to correct depending on your size desire. First a wise pattern lift. Then delayed augmentation. Don't try to force this into a single stage. Shake is more important than size especially in your case. Good luck
