Is there anything I can do to improve my tuberous breast that doesn't involve removing my implants?

I had implants to reduce the look of my tuberous breast and make both breast the same size. We chose not to touch the nipples however a year later and I still think this was a mistake as my puffy nipples are making my breasts look cone shaped and are becoming a big insecurity of mine. My right breast is still numb and doesn’t have much feeling so stays puffy most of the time. Is there anything that can be done that doesn’t involve removing my implants? and what’s the rough cost? Thank you.
