In my 40’s and feel like i am looking flat and 2 dimensional. I’m on the fence whether I should get some filler in my cheek and around eyes? What treatment will be rejuvenate my face? Can I get away with just doing the cheek or willl my eyes look to hollow?

1) Skincare with products and microneedling/PRP
2) PDT Light Therapy a few times per month with growth factors

A properly performed HA filler cheek augmentation using a robust volumizing filler can, and so often does, help to restore the much desired ideal oval, heart-shaped face, but also can secondarily soften the smile lines and the under-eye hollows that are also consequences of volume deficit in the cheeks. So, in short, a filler cheek augmentation in the hands of an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist injector would be an excellent first (and perhaps the only) step needed to signficiantly rejuvenate the face. If not already. A good skin care regimen (I use ZO skin line, including chemical peels) is key then botox. Then I recommend cheeks before under eyes. It’s never one and done though. It’s a process and can take some trial and error. All patients and faces are different. It’s important to have a good relationship with your injector to get you as rejuvenated as possible before undergoing more invasive procedures.
