How can I stabilize the lower eyelids, especially at the outer end of the eye? So that they no longer droop. Note: I love how my eyes look like, but I feel like they're kind of like "worn-out" or something. I didn't have any procedure in the past. What are invasive and non-invasive treatment options? I'm thinking about that the lower eyelid is pulled tightly or something like that (so maybe canthoPEXY?) The least invasive procedure should be used.

Answer: Lower eyelid treatment options.Lower eyelid treatment options. There are a number of treatment options available for the lower eyelids, both surgical and nonsurgical. These may or may not give you the changes you’re hoping for. Non-surgical options would include treatments like chemical peels, laser, resurfacing, Botox, injections, or conceivably the use of fillers. Surgical options would basically be a lower eyelid blepharoplasty. The procedure can be done transcutaneous, or through the conjunctiva on the inside of the eyelid. When a skin incision is made for a lower eyelid, blepharoplasty skin may or may not be removed. I generally recommend against removing skin and obi is muscle with lower eyelid blepharoplasty for those who have concerns about premature entropion.I suggest scheduling multiple in person, consultations with plastic surgeons, facial plastic surgeons, or oculoplastic surgeons in your community.
