What type of dark circles do I have? (Photo)

Hello, I have bad darkness around the eye area. unlike most people's dark circles, mine start in the corner of my eye and work there way outwards. They are blue/purple not brown. I'm looking for a way to treat them either non-surgical or surgically. I have included a photo. One of the photos is photoshopped just do show you what I'd like to achieve.

There are several fat pads under our eyes to cushion the eye. As we age these fat pads become more visible and may need to be removed.  This is what is causing the illusion of the dark circles due to shadowing. Most likely you need to get these fat pads removed. You will need research a plastic surgeon in your area that specializes in lower blepharoplasty with removal of the fat to get and assessment.
