Dark circles, lower scleral show & possible protruding eyes - are infraorbital rim implants needed? (Photo)

I've always had very dark eye circles and I also noticed that I have a bit of lower scleral show. I'm also worried that I might have protruding eyes, but I'm not entirely sure. I was wondering if I have a negative orbital vector which would cause the dark circles or if I have prominent eyes, since I can't really tell if I have either. And if I do, would infraorbital rim implants fix these problems?
