I'm shopping around for doctors and I've been wondering what procedures could be done to benefit my face. My biggest trigger is my side profile and my jawline, so I don't know if I benefit from a rhino + jaw shave or I should go for a full facial feminization. Ty in advance x

Hello, hope you are well. Thanks for posting your question and background information. I think a rhinoplasty would be the most impactful surgical procedure for you to consider. Jaw contouring is also an option, moreso for the angles of the mandible. If your aim is specifically to slim the lower face, you could also trial masseter botox which is an easier but less permanent method.

Based on my 50 years of transgender facial feminization, the only thing I feel you need is a rhinoplasty. Have this done first and should you find you want additional procedures they can be done later.

In my opinion forehead contouring type 3 to set back your frontal sinus bone and orbital rim shaving make your forehead smooth and more round , Rhinoplasty make it smaller and slimmer and make the nose bridge balance between the new forehead and nose tip, Chin-to-jaw reduction: make it smaller with a feminine jawline and Zygoma reduction to reduce your mid-face make your face more harmonious.
