Jaw contouring is also an option, moreso for the angles of the mandible. If your aim is specifically to slim the lower face, you could also trial masseter botox which is an easier but less permanent method.

Based on my 50 years of transgender facial feminization, the only thing I feel you need is a rhinoplasty. Have this done first and should you find you want additional procedures they can be done later.
