Revisions are possible but it depends on the anatomy/bone structure you have now. It may require another CT scan to show how much bone is left without compromising the sinus cavity. This may mean a revision cannot be safely performed. A before and after photo would also be helpful to see how much was reduced already. Was it the same surgeon who did your septorhinoplasty and brow bone reduction? If both need revisions, you may wanted to consider getting second opinions from other surgeons. There is a fairly large deviation from your brow bone to the bridge of your nose, which does accentuate the brow. Having a revision on your nose would be a good time to revise the brow bone because it allows a surgeon to create a more seamless transition from the forehead to the nose.
