Im a 33 year old male. I hae always dislike the size and shape of my nose. I have also had it made fun of alot. It is very pointy and quite large for my small face. I want to improve it but a little apprehensive about full rhinoplasty. Would full rhinoplasty be the best for me or some reshaping? The left side looks worse to me due to more contours around crease making a more pointy shape.

Answer: Rhinoplasty I don’t think your nose is excessively large but it could be reduced a bit as well as shortened. It would require a full rhinoplasty to accomplish this.
