Is it a bad idea to continue with a rhinoplasty if I am also considering midface implants in the near future? (photo)

It is possible to do a short lived simulation of the effect of facial implants using injections of saline solution. A fat injection or fillers might be just enough for your face, as implants come with their risk package. So having these in sequence will help you analyze the changes and give healthier decisions.
Rhinoplasty does not block you from having malar implants in future.

Hello there! I can see what you're referring to on your photos. I think you'd benefit from both, though it may be wise to undergo rhinoplasty first to see how the nose now fits with your face. It can be challenging to change too many parts at once especially if in close proximity within the face.
