Is it a bad idea to continue with a rhinoplasty if I am also considering midface implants in the near future? (photo)

Having a rhinoplasty is a good idea before having permanent facial implants. The change in the nose will give you a new look and will help you re-think about the need for an implant. A fat injection or fillers might be just enough for your face, as implants come with their risk package. So having these in sequence will help you analyze the changes and give healthier decisions.
Rhinoplasty does not block you from having malar implants in future.
