Would revision be necessary to get rid of this stomach crease? (Photos)

Hi I had lipo done on my stomach and now almost 6 months later I have a large crease and indentation in my stomach. Would another round of lipo be recommended to get rid of it? I had a low BMI before and wasn’t overweight just wanted a slimmer look.
