How can I get rid of significant fibrosis and contour irregularities? (Photos)

Hi Doctors, About eight years ago, I underwent 360 Lipo in the Dominican Republic, which led to significant fibrosis and contour irregularities in my abdomen, on that top quadrant and more particularly under my navel. I also have a hypertrophic scar in the banana roll area. Additionally, I have a separate scar in the pubic area that is unrelated to the cosmetic procedures that doesn’t really bother me. I’ve tried treatments like Morpheus8 and Venus Legacy with some improvement, but I’m still dealing with these pronounced lines and the scar. I’ve been researching advanced options like 5-FU injections, Endolift, and Emsculpt, but I’m not sure if these are right for me or if I have to start from square one with something more invasive. I’m seeking your expert guidance to determine the best course of action, whether that involves more intensive treatments or less invasive options.
