I included pictures of what I’d still like to achieve for my nose. I’ve had 3 previous operations that brought me closer to my desired nose but I still would like a more scooped button nose appearance. I’m thinking of having my nose bridge lowered and the radix lowered slightly as well as lifting the tip just slightly. I did this in my photos. Is this possible or is it really difficult and risky?

Based on your photos, you appear to have an improved and pleasing nasal appearance as compared to after your first surgery. It is unclear what you would achieve removing the implant other than a flat nasal appearance like you started with. I see that you're right a alarplasty scar is visible....
