I had revision rhinoplasty 3 years ago. Harvested rib grafts used. Last week I pushed my tip with pressure to the right. I felt a pop and zing of pain. No bleeding or bruising. I did have a small ridge on the tip prior but it seems more visible now. If I push on my tip with any real pressure it’s tender and stings. My worry is I separated cartilage in my tip or it was already separated and I made it worse. I can breathe ok. My dr said “it looks fine” when he looked inside. I'm still worried.
