Is a revision Asian blepharoplasty possible? 3.5yrs post full incisional surgery - high crease not folding over (photos)

Although an in-person exam would be necessary to provide a definitive answer, based on the photo you have provided it does appear you would be a suitable candidate for revision upper blepharoplasty to re-create a more defined crease. I'm sorry about your result, but I can say from looking at your pictures, that the situation looks pretty straightforward to correct. It's good you waited for three years as that means scar tissue will have softened by this time. I would consider having the crease raised slightly to around 5-6 mm since the skin above can drape over the scar produced. You have excess skin below the current crease which is touching the lashes. This should be lifted and secured to the tarsal plate. I don't know how the crease was created initially, but any revisional surgery will probably address it's current location and change it.
