Is a revision Asian blepharoplasty possible? 3.5yrs post full incisional surgery - high crease not folding over (photos)

Question

Hi all, I first posted in 2018 after my first incisional blepharoplasty + ptosis correction. I decided to wait and see how I'd heal, however it is now 2022 & I am still facing issues with my eyes. My eyes are droopy, & my crease isn't folding over/it is still too high/uneven. I don't feel like myself. I am looking for an experienced doctor to do my revision. I would like this crease to be excised or lowered to 4mm ideally (I'm open to either). Is this possible? What are my options? Thank you!

Although an in-person exam would be necessary to provide a definitive answer, based on the photo you have provided it does appear you would be a suitable candidate for revision upper blepharoplasty to re-create a more defined crease. If you want the best idea of what is possible for your eyes, do your due diligence, find an experienced surgeon, and have him/her evaluate you in person and discuss your options. #drdonyoo

I'm sorry about your result, but I can say from looking at your pictures, that the situation looks pretty straightforward to correct.  It's good you waited for three years as that means scar tissue will have softened by this time.  I would consider having the crease raised slightly to around 5-6 mm since the skin above can drape over the scar produced.  You have excess skin below the current crease which is touching the lashes.  This should be lifted and secured to the tarsal plate.  I don't know how the crease was created initially, but any revisional surgery will probably address it's current location and change it.  Good luck!
