1+ year post-op double eyelid surgery left me with lagophthalmos and entropion - can these be corrected? (photos)

Hello. I had a double eyelid surgery with a lateral canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty in korea about a year and a half ago. I have lagophthalmos as a result and have severe dry eyes (wake up in the middle of the night from it). I cannot properly close my eyes and have entropion in my left eye as well as a result of the surgery. Is there anyway I can possible correct these issues?
