Eyes are still extremely asymmetrical - How to fix botched blepharoblasty? (photo)

It's one year after my surgery and my eyes are still extremely asymmetrical. The right eye has now a "desperate" expression and I'm very unhappy. How can I fix it? Is there a way of making the right eye look like the left?

I can see why you want revision of the lids. But fat transfer has no place in the procedure. I would need to examine your lids closely to determine what technique to use.
