Eyelids change throughout the day. Any treatment recommendations?

What accounts for this? My eyes seem in the first picture is how they usually are. I am able to adjust them, however, to look like the second photo. What is the reason for this? Any treatment recommendations? Thank you.

You may benefit from revision upper blepharoplasty (to lower crease on the right and/or elevate on the left side) or right upper eyelid filler injection. Need more detailed evaluation to determine.
